EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS
For the exchange or return to be made, the product must meet the following requirements:
- show no signs of wear, stains, dirt or perspiration;
- keep the internal packaging and the original labels applied to the part;
- respect the following deadlines: 7 (seven) calendar days in the event of dissatisfaction or 7 (seven) calendar days in the event of an order error, product defect or purchase regret, from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
DELIVERY FEES
If your product needs to be exchanged due to a defect/error or size change, there will be no postage charge.
If the customer wishes to return his product because he is not satisfied or no longer needs the product, the transport costs will be invoiced according to the weight and size of the product, a fee of 20 € (twenty euros) being charged for the reversal of Payment.
AMOUNT MEANS OF REIMBURSEMENT
Partial or total reversal of the card.
After receiving the product in our warehouse and approving the return by analyzing the items, submit the return request to the credit card company within 7 (seven) business days; the latter, in turn, has a time limit to process the request in accordance with the policy of each credit card operator.
Exclusively for credit card payments, the procedure for partial or full refund of the amount paid during your order will follow the rules of the card administrator, and the refund of the amount may take from one to two months, depending on the date expiry. of your payment form. invoice.
CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE
Canceling a purchase that has not yet been sent to the customer's address costs €20.
