Delivery of the order
Small orders (up to 20kg) will normally be delivered by local courier or contracted company and in some cases by carriers. between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. on weekdays.
For orders with payment by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal or another payment method chosen by the customer (if you want another payment method, you must ask if there is a possibility through our contact by e- email).
The shipping time will be, in principle, up to 72 hours and on working days, from the date of receipt and confirmation of payment for the order by Dropify, Lda, except in the event of stock shortage, in which an alternative shipping time will be offered.
